NAKED WITHOUT® is a luxury sleepwear brand designed in London.

All NAKED WITHOUT® pyjama sets crafted from a premium blend of 92% cotton and 8% elastane, using digital reactive printing on natural fabric.

Tailoring Option

We offer an optional hand tailoring service whereby your pyjamas are adjusted to your measurements. Please note that made to measure and tailored items are exempt from our standard returns policy in accordance with UK consumer law.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. NAKED WITHOUT® reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The payment details you provide are valid and correct
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All First Drop orders are made with love and care and are being printed as we speak — with the option of being hand tailored to your measurements. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. We will keep you updated every step of the way via email, and once your set is on its way you'll receive your tracking number straight to your inbox.

We hope you love your NAKED WITHOUT® set. However if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided:

• The item is unworn and in its original condition
• All original packaging is intact
• You contact us at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com within 14 days of receipt

UK Returns — Free

We offer free returns for UK customers. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. Simply print, attach and drop at your nearest Post Office.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a further 5–10 working days to appear in your account.

Tailored Items

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), made to measure and hand tailored items are exempt from the standard 14 day return right. If you have opted for our tailoring service, your item cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com with photographs. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability, provided the item is in perfect unworn condition with original packaging intact.

To request an exchange please contact enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com.

UK customers: we will cover the cost of sending your new size to you. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, except where the item is faulty.

For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country. NAKED WITHOUT® has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAKED WITHOUT® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
