We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email straight to your inbox. If you do not receive this please check your junk folder or contact us at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com.
All First Drop orders are made with love and care, and are being printed as we speak — with the option of being hand tailored to your measurements. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. We will keep you updated every step of the way via email, and once your set is on its way you'll receive your tracking number straight to your inbox.

Undelivered ItemsIf an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, incorrect delivery details, or failure to collect the parcel, a re-delivery fee will apply should you wish for the order to be shipped again.If we display a return address, which I don’t think we do, we say email us and then we will provide you with return detail.. but just in case, this is the return address: Naked Without, PO Box 78813, LONDON, SW10 1FD

How to Return- Email us at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 working days with next steps
- Unworn and in perfect original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
We offer free returns for all UK customers. Once your return is approved we will email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. Simply print, attach to your parcel and drop at your nearest Post Office.
International ReturnsInternational customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a further 5–10 working days to appear in your account.
Tailored ItemsIn accordance with UK consumer law, made to measure and hand tailored items are exempt from our standard returns policy. If you have opted for our tailoring service your item cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable ItemsWe are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability.
Conditions- Item must be unworn and in perfect original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 14 days of receipt
Email us at enquiries@nakedwithoutwear.com with your order number and the size you would like. We will confirm availability and send you next steps.
UK customers: we will cover the cost of dispatching your new size to you. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
At NAKED WITHOUT® we believe your pyjamas should fit you perfectly — because you are special and our pyjamas are special. Our optional tailoring service allows us to adjust the arm and leg length of your set to your exact measurements, so your pyjamas arrive hand tailored to fit your body perfectly.

- Our team will tailor your set before dispatch
Tailored items cannot be returned under our standard returns policy in accordance with UK consumer law.
First Drop TailoringTailoring is included complimentary with all First Drop orders.
For orders outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. NAKED WITHOUT® cannot predict, calculate or be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.
By placing an international order you accept responsibility for any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
